Our client is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute their social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, proven experience managing brand accounts, and the ability to deliver measurable results through creative and data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and video.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain a professional brand voice.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track growth, reach, and ROI.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to support promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, analytics, and KPIs.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
